Jason Conroy lives in Medford, Massachusetts and works in Boston as a personal trainer. He is currently working on his Tier 3 Plus certification at Equinox Sports Club and has many certifications in many different kinds of athletic training. He was a two-sport athlete in both high school and college, playing football and track.
Conroy was never a highly-touted professional prospect in football, but he was invited to try out at the Pro Football Regional Combine in New Jersey in 1998. He moved to the Boston area not long after and has been giving people the best service in personal training possible there ever since.
Jason Conroy worked hard in college before he moved to Medford. He majored in Exercise Science and earned a Bachelor’s degree in the subject while playing football and running track. Playing one sport is difficult enough for most student-athletes, but Jason Conroy wanted to put himself to the ultimate test before he moved to Medford. Going to classes and playing a sport is difficult because your time is so limited. You have to devote time to practice and training to make yourself better on the field while never neglecting your education, the entire reason you’re in college. Unless you’re a blue-chip recruit or a professional prospect, chances are you won’t see the field as a professional, so you have to do all the work on improving your game for free.
Jason Conroy Medford took his personal training seriously in college and still draws strength from the lessons he learned as a college athlete before he moved to Medford.
